A monster EF-5 tornado rips through the city of Moore, Oklahoma only 14 years after it was hit by an F5 tornado on May 3, 1999. The 2013 Moore Tornado caused 24 fatalities and destroyed over 1100 homes. I witnessed the touch down of the tornado from I-35 and 19th street and headed westbound on 19th. I headed north on Western to 4th and stayed ahead of the tornado all the way east to Sooner Road.
