An EF-2 tornado touches down southwest of Mangum, Oklahoma and moves through town before lifting. This video includes 3 close encounters with the Mangum Oklahoma Tornado. I was right next to the wall cloud as the tornado first touched down and then again on the west side of Mangum and again on the North side as it exited town.
